Assistant of the furnished apartments team (reservations, managing invoices, customer service etc)

Profile:

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Perfect bilingual (NL/FR) with excellent knowledge of English and / or other languages

·        Experience in real estate, hotel business or in tourism is an asset but not compulsory

·        Commercial feeling, listening skills and perseverance. Administrative skills,  dynamic and independent

·        Stress resistant, positive & service-minded team player, eager to learn, polyvalent, solution minded, flexible, client orientated

• Internet
• Driving licence “B”

Offer:

• For the replacement period of aprox.3 months (with a possibility of extension of the contract)

Furnished Apartments - Special amenities

- No sales tax (VAT/TVA) is charged.

- Charges for utilities-gas, water & electricity are levied on a monthly basis ranging from  (100 - 200 Euros). Actual charges are determined when meters are read and adjustments made.

- A one month rental deposit and a telephone deposit are  required at the signature of the lease.
Telephone calls are charged at DISCOUNTED Belgacom rates ( e.g. Rates for a 1 minute call to Canada, Italy, Spain AT ANY TIME costs only Eurocents 7.44 .... and to USA, UK, Netherlands, Germany France only Eurocents 5.84 at any time. (i.e no Peak or off-peak periods). So a 5 minute telephone call to UK costs just ?0.33 at any time- Vat included.

N.B. We STRONGLY advise you to check telephone rates BEFORE booking an apartment in Brussels- Most Companies charge an excessive PREMIUM RATE

- Use of our exclusive Club Souveraine Fitness Studio is complimentary to residents.

- Reading Room- Use of this facility- and books for leisure reading is complimentary

- Use of our @ rue souveraine- computer room, for internet and e-mail facilities is FREE to all residents.

- Optional covered parking and Maid Service available at an extra charge.

- Rue Souveraine Furnished Apartments operates a no pets policy.
