I really like the community environment mentioned in your website and the amenities available; however, your prices mentioned for your smallest one-bedroom are more than 2 times the prices of much larger one-bedrooms in the area. Are their any discounts or specials being offered? If I were to sign a 2 year lease, could a special rate be extended?
